Ordering, Delivery, & Pick-Up

Place your order online anytime through our website.
Every meal is freshly prepared in small batches and frozen for peak freshness before pickup or delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation once payment is received. Orders are typically fulfilled and ready to pick up within 4 days upon submission. You will be notified via email once they are ready.
Local Delivery
📍 We currently offer local delivery on Sunday's throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago within a 10 mile radius of our Palatine kitchen. Check your zip code upon check-out to see if we're delivering to your area. If not, we do offer convenient pick up.
🚚 Local Delivery Schedule:
- Sundays: 3:00-6:00 PM
Every order is freshly prepared in our small batches. To ensure the highest quality, local deliveries are currently available on Sundays. Need another arrangment? Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
🏷️ Delivery Fee:
- $9.99 flat rate
- Free on orders over $100
❄️ To keep your food frozen and fresh, someone should be available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time.
Orders submitted after 5pm on Fridays, may receive their delivery on the following Sunday to allow enough fulfillment time.
Local Pick-Up
Free pick-up is available at our Palatine kitchen.
Once your order is ready, we'll email or text you with pickup instructions. You will need to select your pickup window so we can have your order fresh and ready for you to recieve.

Monday-Friday: 3:00-7:00 PM
Orders are prepared fresh, and stored frozen prior to pick up.
